NPCs

NPCs is an acromyn for Non-playing Characters. This refers to any character in the game that gives quests, is unattackable, and does not attack you.

They are differentiated from other characters by their bright green name and when you click them there is a green ring around their feet.

Quest or collectable objects (such as Old Wooden Boxes) are represented as green dots on the maps.

This category also contains quest items that appear as green dots on the map.
