Disceroa is a location only accessible from Regenshein teleporter. A NPC in Disceroa Colony will automatically teleport you back to Regenshein .
This is a level 75+ PvE map that is on the limited channel, meaning no talents are accrued here and you must change channels when you return to Regenshein for PvP.
